Harps Notes 25th Sept 2017

Our focus is fully on Brewster Park at the moment as our seniors are preparing to play in the county final against Devenish. We wish the whole squad and management all the best in the match. We hope for the usual colourful and vocal Harps' support to cheer the lads on.

The Harps Lotto jackpot, now £2200, was not won on Sunday night. The numbers drawn were 5, 6, 14 and 16. £20 each then went to Mary E Maguire, Belcoo, Logan and Nessa Ferguson, Belleek and Kieran Gallagher, Middletown County Cork. We are in the Linnett Inn this weekend, with Peter Jones, Gerry Gallagher and Mary Cox on duty.

Our Under 16s had a draw in the championship semi final replay against Kinawley last Saturday. Even extra time couldn't split two exceptionally well matched teams. Details of the second replay etc will be on our online output as soon as is known.

Commiserations to our Juniors who lost out narrowly to Roslea in the Reserve Championship final last Saturday. This was a very entertaining match, in which both teams played a part. Our Under 12s are scheduled to be at home to Lisnaskea this Saturday at 4pm.

Fermanagh Ladies are also going the replay route after Sunday's dramatic conclusion at Croke Park. Thank you very much to the underage mentors who took our underage girls down to the final and looked after them. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Lastly, the final fitting night for anyone wishing to order from our wide range of Harps gear will be held this Thursday night from 7-9pm in the clubrooms.
