Harps Notes 9th April 2018

The Harps Lotto jackpot, now £3200, was not won on Sunday night. The numbers were 24, 26, 28 and 29. £20 each went to K O'Rourke, Belleek, Patrick Cassidy, Derrygonnelly, and Denis McCabe, Garrison. This week's draw will be in Old Pals, with Garry, the Kevins and Mary on duty.

The April club committee meeting will be held this Thursday night at 9pm sharp.

We have plenty of teams out playing at the minute, with our Under 15s having played three league games now, and remaining undefeated. They are at home to Newtownbutler this Thursday. Our Under 14s are out this Saturday, and maybe Sunday, in the Feile. Our Minors have their second match of the competition this evening against Enniskillen Gaels in Brewster Park at 6.45. They had a well earned victory against Belnaleck last week in a good game. Our Under 16 girls played their first match on Monday night, and the girls' Under 14 Feile is to be played soon as well.

Last weekend, our Junior A team maintained their unbeaten record when they grabbed a draw at the death against Tempo on Saturday evening, whereas our Seniors were more comfortable next day against an admittedly injury depleted Tempo senior team. Our Junior Bs are scheduled for this Wednesday evening against Maguiresbridge. This weekend, we have Kinawley away and Belnaleck at home for the Juniors on Saturday evening, and Irvinestown away at 1pm on Sunday for the seniors.

We had a most enjoyable first Sunday Footy session of the year last week, and are very grateful to all of the helpers and coaches who gave up their time and made it such a good session. Registration and collection of membership continues this Sunday upstairs in the clubrooms from 11.15am. It is important that all players who play on our pitches etc are properly registered in the club. Please remember also that the sessions are for children from Primary One upwards.
